queer porn and other stuff
I haven't been writing anything interesting in a while uh ? It will come back sometime. Not quite yet.
Anyway. Last news :
Emilie Jouvet's been getting several awards :
she got the Feminist Porn Awards' "Sexiest Dyke Movie" award for One Night Stand,
and The Apple won a huge lollipop-shaped award for the Best Short Movie, at the Madrid Porn Film Fest.
In Madrid she also got to show Judy's Panties, which is the scene my partner and I shot with her for what was initially supposed to become Underground and is probably going to take another shape or go in another direction.
Courtney Trouble has been starting a Queer Porn directory on what was her blog, realqueerporn.com, and started a new blog at courtneytrouble.com.
The Queer Porn Directory is a huge enterprise, and she would really appreciate some help to make it happen : if you have some free time, get in touch with her and volunteer !
I was in Amsterdam recently
for the 5th and probably last edition of the Netherlands Transgender Film Festival.
I went there hitchhiking with my partner, and there we met with friends, and made new ones.
We didn't see that many movies but the ones we saw were great. I saw Trans Entities for the umpteenth time, and it was still so good and intense ! And I got to meet Morty Diamond !
And we also went pedalboating, eating ice-cream, walking around, shoplifting at H&M, urban-picnicking, and being tourists.
Also we went to this great party, called Snot Cabaret, in an amazing squat called SCUB (for Social Center Under the Bridge). Huge space, amazing performances, great politics, extremely cheap food and drinks (a beer for 1€). There was even a pool table ! The entry fee was 3€, more if you want, less if you can't, and it was a fundraising benefit for a Serbian gay organization. We were THRILLED ! Hopefully it will inspire us to work for a bigger better squatter & diy queer scene in Paris.

21h30-2h. réservée aux filles, gouines, queers et trans. COME CUM !
La Cour Suprême de Californie a validé la Prop 8, qui interdit le mariage gay.
Mais les mouvements pour les Civil Rights finissent toujours par gagner.
La question n'est pas "si", mais "quand".
Et la réponse est probablement : quand on arrêtera de faire confiance
aux institutions, aux partis et aux élections pour nous donner nos
droits, et qu'on prendra d'assaut les rues.
Je viens de tourner pour un film de Todd Verow. Pascale Ourbih et Wendy Delorme sont également au casting. Je suis pressée de voir ce que ça va donner, et aussi assez fière de moi - j'ai découvert récemment que je ne suis pas une mauvaise actrice, lors des quelques tournages pornos auxquels j'ai participé où j'avais des dialogues (un pour Ovidie et Jack Tyler, et un pour Max Antoine). Le travail de Todd Verow est vraiment cool, queer et underground, je vous conseille XX et Anonymous. Le film dans lequel j'ai tourné, lui, va s'appeler The Final Girl.
Also, I LOVE the smell of my menstrual blood. It's very sweet.
Bon promis j'essaie de vous écrire un vrai article politique et théorique un de ces 4, plutôt qu'une suite de brèves. Peut-être.
